ZESTY CORN STUFFING BALLS 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 tbsp. butter
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) box herb seasoned stuffing mix

Cook onion and celery in 4 tablespoons butter. Add corn, water with seasonings. Bring to a boil. Pour over stuffing mix. Stir in eggs. Shape into 7-8 balls. Bake 25 minutes, 375 degrees.
