CORN STUFFING BALLS 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pinch of thyme
3 egg yolks
1 c. chopped celery
1 (13 oz.) cream style corn
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
8 oz. pkg. bread cubes

Cook onions and celery in 1/4 cup butter until tender. Add corn, water, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and thyme. Bring to boil. Pour over bread cubes; add egg yolks. Mix, shape into 12 balls. Put in shallow baking pan. Over all pour 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Maybe made a day ahead. Bake when needed.
