CORN STUFFING BALLS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix with herbs
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter

Place stuffing mix in bowl and set aside. Melt butter in skillet; add onion and celery. Cook until tender, add next 4 ingredients and bring to boil. Pour over stuffing mix and mix well. Add beaten eggs and mix. Let cool for 10 minutes. Make into 8 or 10 balls and place on lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
