CHEESE STUFFING BALLS 
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. stuffing mix
15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

Beat eggs, basil, salt, and pepper until well mixed. Stir in cheeses, onion, and stuffing mix. Let stand 10 minutes to soften. Shape into 12 balls, using about 1/4 cup mixture for each. Place in greased 9 inch square baking pan. Pour sauce over balls. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
