TIFFIN CHICKEN 
1 (4 lb.) chicken
4 oz. spaghetti or noodles
3 tbsp. green mango, chopped
2 c. celery, cut sm.
3 tbsp. butter
2 hard cooked eggs
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 sm. can pimentos

Saute vegetables in butter. Cook noodles. Mix all together; pour 1 cup chicken broth and 1 cup milk. Cover with buttered crumbs and bake 30-40 minutes.
