CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CRUMB BARS 
1 c. softened butter
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 packed light brown sugar
2 c. chocolate chips-divided
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1/3 c. raspberry jam

Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat butter until creamy. Beat in flour, sugar and salt until well mixed. With floured fingers, press 1 3/4 c. of mixture onto bottom of greased 9x13 pan, reserve remaining crumb mix.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are brown.

Combine 1 cup chips and sweetened condensed milk in small pan. Melt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Spread over hot crust. Stir nuts into reserved crumbs; sprinkle over chocolate layer. Drop spoonfuls of jam over crumb mixture. Sprinkle with remaining chips.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely on wire rack.
