FLUFFY BREAD PUDDING 
1 qt. milk
4 slices bread
1/4 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Rind of 1 lemon
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs (separated)
1/4 tsp. salt

Break bread into bits and put into pan. Add milk, sugar and salt, mix well and add lemon juice and rind and butter. Add egg yolks beaten in a cup with a soon. Let this mixture get hot but do not boil on top of stove. Put all into buttered baking dish and add 2 egg whites beaten stiff, folding in gradually. Bake in oven 1 hour at 375 degrees or until brown and puffy. Serve with Lemon Sauce.
