SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburg
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. water (may need a little more)
2 pkgs. low salt chicken bouillon
1 sm. grated onion

Mix together above ingredients.

SAUCE:

2 cans stewed tomatoes (no salt added)
1 can water
1 c. brown sugar, packed
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped

Bring sauce to boil, form small meatballs and place in boiling sauce. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Serve on rice.
