SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. chopped meat
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
1 egg
2 tbsp. matzo meal
1 1/2 c. ketchup
2 c. ginger ale

Combine all ingredients except ketchup and ginger ale. Form into small balls. Combine catsup and ginger ale in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Drop meatballs into sauce. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
