SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. pineapple juice
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
4 slices of pineapple, cut in pieces
1 green pepper, cut in strips

Combine first 5 ingredients and form into small meatballs. Brown in oil and drain. (May be cooked in microwave.)

Combine pineapple juice and oil in saucepan and cook for a few minutes (add enough water to make cup of liquid). Mix together cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, water, and sugar; add to mixture in saucepan and cook until thickened. Add meatballs, pineapple, and green pepper.

These are good served as a cocktail meatball or as a main dish. Very good served with rice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
