SWEET `N SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chicken
1/8 c. teriyaki sauce
2 (16 oz.) cans sweet & sour sauce (Contadina brand, is best)
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
Sm. can crushed pineapple (drain most of liquid), optional

Mix meat with teriyaki sauce. Form meatballs and cook on medium heat until done. Drain any grease, add sweet and sour sauce. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice. Serves 4.
