WEDDING SALAD 
2 pkgs. apricot Jello
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple

Mix 2 cups cold water and 2 cup shot water with Jello, drained pineapple, marshmallows, bananas. Let set until firm. Cook following until thickened:

1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Take off stove; add 1/4 cup cream cheese. Cool. Whip Dream Whip as directed on box except do not add sugar. Fold in cooked mixture and spread over set Jello. Can sprinkle a few nuts on top. Can be made day before and is just delicious. Serves 20 people.
