COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant coconut pudding
Eggs (whatever mix requires)
Oil (whatever mix requires)
Water (whatever mix requires)

Make cake according to directions on box, adding small package of instant coconut pudding.

ICING:

1 container Cool Whip
2 pkgs. frozen coconut
1 sm. container sour cream
3/4 c. granulated sugar

Mix sour cream and sugar together. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight. Mix Cool Whip, coconut and sour cream mixture together.

Ice 2 or 3 layer cool cake.
