ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
3 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 pound cheddar (or American) cheese, shredded
1 1/4 cups round, buttery crackers, crushed

Reserve 1/4 cup cracker crumbs for top. Mix all ingredients except butter; place in greased casserole. Pour melted butter on top; spread on 1/4 cup crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Easy to make and a good side dish! I would add some favorite spices. Next time I might made some onion.
