COCONUT - SOUR CREAM DREAM CAKE 
1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. butter flavored cake mix
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen flaked coconut
3/4 c. whipping cream, whipped (can use Dream Whip if desired)

Prepare cake according to directions. Bake in 8 inch cake pans. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and let cook completely. Split layers to make 4 layers.

Combine sugar, sour cream and coconut; mix well. Chill 1 hour. Reserve 1 cup sour cream mixture; set aside. Spread remaining mixture between cake layers. Fold whipped cream into sour cream mix. Cover top and sides of cake. Cover and chill overnight.
