STIR FRY VEGETABLES 
1 med. size cauliflower
1 med. size cabbage
2 bunches broccoli
4 med. size carrots
1/4 lb. green beans
3 tbsp. olive oil
4 med. size squash
1 lg. onion

Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Place oil in deep frying pan and let it get hot. Cut cauliflower into small portions; shred cabbage. Slice carrots, onion, and squash in thin slices. Pour all vegetables into hot oil and fry until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
