DEL - BON SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can sm. green peas, drained
1 (8 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced carrots, drained
1 c. diced celery
1 green pepper, diced
3 tomatoes, cut in wedges
4 green onions, minced
1 c. ripe pitted olives
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans of shrimp, drained
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. catsup
1 minced clove of garlic

In 2 1/2 quart salad bowl combine peas, beans, carrots, celery, green pepper, tomatoes, onions, olives, shrimp and eggs; toss gently to mix. Chill until serving time. In small bowl combine mayonnaise, catsup, garlic. At serving time combine vegetables with dressing. Serve in lettuce cups, garnish with additional ripe olives and tomatoes, if desired. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
