3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix first 5 ingredients and pour into a casserole or baking dish. Mix the topping ingredients and spread over top of sweet potato mixture. Bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
