CRANBERRY SPICED TEA 
8 tea bags
1 gallon water
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 gallon (64 oz.) cranberry juice
1/2 gallon water
1/2 qt. orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice

Boil 1 gallon of water with sugar for 5 minutes. Add cinnamon and nutmeg; stir well. Add tea bags and steep 5 minutes. Add remaining water, cranberry, orange and lemon juices. To serve, reheat. DO NOT BOIL. Makes 2 gallons plus 1 quart.
