2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 lg. box strawberry Jello (diet type may be used)
2 pt. Cool Whip
1 store bought angel food cake
1 c. hot water

Mix strawberries into Jello that has been dissolved in the hot water; allow the mixture to start to gel. Fold in Cool Whip. Tear cake into small pieces. Using a tube or bundt pan, layer cake and Jello mixture. Chill until firm.
