SWEET N SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. chopmeat
1 egg
1 bottle chili sauce
1/2 jar (sm.) sweet relish

Add chili sauce and relish to a pot and put on low flame. Add egg to chopmeat an make into small meatballs drop into pot, cover and cook under a medium flame for 30 to 45 minutes. They taste better if you make then a day before. To prevent burning and sticking use a metal heat deflector under the pot.
