SWEET SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. meat loaf mix
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can (12 oz.) pineapple juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. chopped green pepper and red pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon

Combine meat loaf mix, minced onion and 2 tbsp. soy sauce. Shape into balls. Put in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Drain off fat and bake 10 minutes longer.

Mix cornstarch with a little pineapple juice. Combine remaining ingredients except peppers. Add cornstarch while stirring. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Add meat and peppers. Cook 5 minutes longer.
