SWEET - AND - SOUR MEATBALLS 
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg

Mix above ingredients and shape into 16 balls. Brown slowly in little oil; remove. 1 c. red and green peppers, cut into wedges 1 1/2 c. water 1/3 c. vinegar 1/3 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with little water 2 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook celery and peppers 5 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients and cook 3 minutes. Add meatballs, celery, peppers and 4 halved pineapple slices. Few pickled cauliflower may be added. Heat. Makes 4 servings.
