CREAM CHEESE FROSTINGS FOR SOUR
CREAM POUND CAKE
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla (or other flavoring as orange, cherry, etc.)
1 c. pecans, chopped

Soften cream cheese and butter. Cream together, adding a small amount of evaporated milk. In small amounts, gradually stir in sugar. Add vanilla and pecans. Mix well. Spread on cake.
