LAZY TACOS 
Brown 1 pound ground beef and 1 small onion, chopped fine. Add 1 small can tomato paste, 1 can tomato sauce, 3 cans water (use tomato paste can), 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 1 teaspoon red chile powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper.

Simmer slowly for 40 minutes. Add 1 cup cooked rice and mix well. Serve on corn tortilla chips that have been heated in oven.

GARNISHES:

Chopped ripe olives
Shredded cheese
Chopped avocados
Tomatoes
Shredded lettuce
Taco sauce
