RANCHO BAKED BEANS 
1/4 c. salad oil
1 to 2 bell peppers
2 c. chopped onions
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. hot sauce (optional)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Heat salad oil in skillet. Add onions and pepper. Simmer until golden yellow. Add beef and stir with a fork. Let ground beef brown slightly and add rest of ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
