FLORIDA PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops or 2 pork steaks (do not pre- brown)
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper (lemon pepper or fresh pepper)

Place pork chops in an 8 inch square baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top of chops. Add additional orange juice if needed to cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 2 or 4.
