BAKED CREAMED CHICKEN 
6-8 chicken parts (thighs, legs, or breast)
1 pkg. dried onion soup (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk

Place chicken in 9x13 baking dish. Stir together soups and milk; pour over chicken (optional - sprinkle with onion soup mix). Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Makes a nice gravy for mashed potatoes or rice to serve with chicken.
