NO-BAKE CREAM CHEESE PIE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, let stand at room temperature until soft 1/2 c. confectioners sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. heavy cream (1/2 pt.), whipped 1 can Lucky Leaf cherries 1 graham cracker crust Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla with fork until well blended; set aside. Whip heavy cream at low or medium speed until thick. Scrape beaters until all cream is used. Take cheese mixture and put into whipped cream and fold together. Keep turning over until well blended. Pour into pie shell, spreading around for evenness. Let set in refrigerator at least 1 hour before putting cherries on top. Excellent for holidays! Very festive looking and great tasting. |
