ENCHILADA PIE 
1 doz. corn tortillas
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 can enchilada sauce
1 lb. cheese (Cheddar or Jack)
2 finely chopped onions
1 can chopped olives

Brown hamburger and onions together.

Soften tortillas in oil. Dip tortillas (6) in enchilada sauce. Layer in 9x14 inch glass dish.

Spread half of the hamburger and onions, half of the cheese and half of the olives. Layer the remaining tortillas dipped in enchilada sauce, hamburger, cheese and olives. Cover with foil.
