HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter (optional)
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Salt and pepper

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. 9 x 13 pan.
