HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. frozen hash browns 2 sticks butter, melted and halved 1 can cream of chicken soup 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated 1 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. salt and pepper to taste 1 sm. onion, finely chopped Mix thawed potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, soup, cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, onion, and pour over potatoes. Cover with crushed corn flakes and pour remaining butter over top. Bake uncovered at 350, 45-50 minutes. |
