CHEESECAKE SUPREME | |
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (9 inch) ready crust pie shell Dash of salt 2 eggs 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. sugar Combine cream cheese, sugar, juice, vanilla and salt. Blend well and add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Place pie crust on baking sheet, pour in filling. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Combine sour cream and sugar and spread over cake. Bake an additional 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve with fresh fruit over top of cake. |
