2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 eggs, well beaten
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
4 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Thaw and drain spinach and blend with all ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut in squares. Good hot or cold!

Ingredients may be cut in half, the above makes a large amount.
