CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. seasoning salt

With fork, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in pineapple, 1 cup walnuts, green pepper, onion and salt.

Next, shape into a ball and roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill overnight or for several hours. Garnish with pineapple slices and cherries if desired. Makes 2 cheese balls.
