8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. jar Armour dried beef, chopped
4-5 green onions, chopped finely
Finely chopped pecans

Combine softened cream cheese, chopped dried beef and green onions (stems too). Shape into ball. Roll in ground pecans. Makes a very colorful cheese ball.
