CHRISTMAS CHEESE BALL 
2 lg. cream cheese
1 bunch of green onions
1 lg. or 2 sm. pkgs. Carl Buddig Beef

Leave cream cheese out for about half an hour until soft. Chop green onion, all of the onion even green stalks and beef up in small cubes. Mix with cream cheese to form 2 small balls, roll in chopped nuts and serve with Town House crackers. It's called a Christmas ball because of colors (green and red).
