SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 lg. eggs
5 lbs. sweet potatoes
2/3 c. melted butter
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. butter

Boil, drain, peel, and mash yams or sweet potatoes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix all together and put in casserole.

Topping: Mix sugar, flour, and nuts in a bowl. Work in butter until blended. Sprinkle on sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until brown and bubbly.
