ROGALACH (Jelly Roll) 
PASTRY:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 lb. butter
2 tsp. sugar

FILLING:

1 med. jar apricot-pineapple preserves
Maraschino cherries, cut up
Coconut
Walnuts, chopped

Cream cheese and butter; add flour and sugar; mix into ball and refrigerate overnight.

Mix filling ingredients. Add enough nuts to make a thick mixture. Roll dough on floured board that has been cut in 4 portions, into an oval shape. Cut in half. Spread mixture on cut side of oval and roll. Cut loaves in 2 inch pieces, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Remove from pan immediately.
