DOT'S SQUASH PUDDING 
2 1/2 lbs. yellow squash, cooked & mashed
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
