SAUCY SATELLITES 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. hot dogs
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. hot water
1 (12 oz.) pkg. flat med. noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cut hot dogs then brown in butter in a 12 inch frying pan for 5 minutes. Stir in all seasonings and half of tomato sauce. Add package of noodles and 2 cups hot water plus the rest of tomato sauce. Top with package of cheese. Cover skillet and then stir occasionally. Cook for 20 minutes.
