SARAH'S GRANDMA'S SQUAW PUDDING 
1 pkg. frozen squash
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated orange
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg yolk
1 egg white

Thaw squash. Add pudding and stir. Add spices and egg yolk. Beat egg white until stiff and fold in. Put in lightly greased 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Do Not Make Ahead.
