YEAST-FREE PIZZA DOUGH
Making pizza dough the traditional way using yeast takes some planning so the dough can rise. This is not a traditional pizza crust, but if you're looking for a quick fix, this is it!

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup milk
6 tbsp. olive oil

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well until the dough begins to form a ball and pull away from sides of bowl.

Knead dough by hand, while still in bowl, until smooth; then form a ball.

Press dough into an oiled baking sheet or pizza pan using your fingertips, leaving a thicker edge to hold fillings in.

Sprinkle with favorite toppings (sauce flavored with garlic, basil and oregano, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, mushrooms, anchovies, black olives, onions, peppers, etc.).

Bake at 425°F for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.

I don't know if I did something wrong.. but the crust turned out really crunchy. It was good.. and I'm lucky my dad likes his crust crunchy. I had to add a little extra olive oil and I used a rolling pin thingg.. haha to spread it.

I used this recipe and I added fresh chopped rosemary and garlic salt (instead of salt) to the dry ingrediants. I then poked holes with a fork and pre-baked the crust using olive oil instead of veg. oil. It was pretty good. I was looking for a crunchy thin crust and this was the best I've found so far. I recomend rolling this crust out as thin as possible. The rosemary in the crust was all the difference.

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH! We were bored and made a home made pizza... FROM SCRATCH! This recipe was sooo good. I had all the ingredients, enough to make two!!! Fun to make too!

I ended up pulling my "pizza" out after 20 minutes because my topping were getting dark. The crust was firm and done but kind of light and flaky, like a pot pie crust. Not bad, but not particularly pizza-ish. Might go better with a white sauce than with tomato.

I just made this pizza dough as I had a lot of bruchetta mix and made a wonderful pizza. The only thing I noticed is that the olive oil was a heavy taste in this. I think next time I'd do 3T olive oil and 3T canola oil. Other then that, this is great. I love the crispiness in the crust.

Thank you very much, I did it with water instead of milk because my son is allergic to dairy. It is very easy to do and very quick. Thank you again.

Turned out more like a biscuit. Also, it has a very apparent olive oil taste. I like the taste but not everyone may. perhaps substitute with melted butter!
