SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 c. mashed baked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Kraft liquid butter
2 eggs (or Eggbeater eggs)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

Mix above ingredients well. Make topping of:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
5 tbsp. melted butter (or Kraft liquid butter)
1 c. chopped nuts

Put sweet potato mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan and top with pecan topping. bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
