RICE SALAD 
3 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. regular rice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. red Jello
1/2 c. sugar
15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained

Cook boiling water, salt, and rice; cook for 25 minutes or until done. Stir Jello, sugar, and pineapple into hot mixture. Cool. Blend in small carton of Cool Whip.
