BAKED STEW | |
2 lb. beef chunks, your favorite stew meat 4-6 potatoes, cut up med. size 4 carrots, peeled, cut up 1 inch 1 can string beans, drained, cut up 2 cans Campbell tomato soup 2 cans water 2 tbsp. flour Put meat in bottom of Dutch oven. Add a little flour. Add vegetables alternately with rest of flour. Mix soup and water together in a separate pan, then pour over the stew ingredients. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours or until meat is tender. Add additional seasoning to taste. |
