OVEN BAKED STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew
3 c. sliced potatoes
2 c. carrot pieces, 1 inch
2 c. sliced onions
1 c. celery pieces, 1 inch (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar
1 3/4 c. V-8 juice (more if gravy is desirable)

Spray large Pyrex baking dish with Pam. Arrange meat and vegetables in alternating rows. Add salt, pepper, Accent, tapioca and sugar. Cover with V-8. Seal tightly with foil. Bake 4 to 5 hours at 250 to 300 degrees. Try not to peek. Moisture needs to remain in pan. If cooking dry, add more V-8.
