BEST EVER APRICOT SALAD 
1 (No. 2) can apricots
1 pkg. orange Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Dream Whip or (1 pkg.) 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese

Drain apricots, pineapple and reserve juice. Dissolve Jello in water, stir in marshmallows, reserved apricot juice, pineapple and apricots. Chill until firm. Then blend egg, sugar, flour and pineapple juice, cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Add butter and cool. prepare Dream Whip according to package directions, fold into the cooled cooked mixture and spread over the salad.
