APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) apricot Jello
1 (17 oz.) can apricots
1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese

Add 1 cup boiling water to Jello.

Add 1 cup of apricot juice (add water to make one cup). Add pureed apricots. Add 1 cup of cottage cheese. Stir. Put in 10x6 dish. Serves 10.
