APRICOT ORANGE FRUIT SALAD | |
1 pkg. tapioca pudding 1 pkg. orange Jello 1 can mandarin orange slices 1 can pineapple chunks or tidbits 1 c. orange juice Drain the juices from the pineapple and oranges, and add to the orange juice (until you have 2 - 2 1/2 cups of juices). Heat juices and add tapioca and Jello to hot juices; bring to a boil, stirring to prevent sticking. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 30 minutes before adding fruit (for a little more color, some maraschino cherries may be added if you like). Chill at least another 1-2 hours and serve in pudding type cups (mixture will not be stiff enough to mold). |
